Are you ready to turn your high sensitivity
into one of your greatest assets?
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), you feel *intensely* with your whole mind, heart, and soul.

When you care about something, you REALLY care about it, whether it's a fictional world that's near-and-dear to you, a deep and fulfilling relationship, or simply doing your best in any (and every) area of your life.

And sometimes, all of that care and concern makes it feel like you've got the weight of the world on your sensitive shoulders.

Forget about actually going out into the loud, boisterous, dare I say overwhelming outside world with its crowds and awkward social interactions and people who don't get the sheer quantity of information you're taking in every moment as an HSP.

It can make you want to curl up in your comfiest chair with cozy blankets and a cup of hot tea and hide behind your screen, checking out the beautiful, curated life you see others having online.
When you get stuck in
overwhelm, you:
-
Withdraw, turn inward, hide out, and avoid any people or things that even have the possibility to push your buttons.
-
Snap at the people around you with the hope that they'll just listen to you for once.
-
Escape into TV, video games, online learning, books, and the doom scroll to try to calm your racing thoughts down and get back to normal.
-
Eat comfort food, drink that extra cocktail you don't really want, or mindlessly shop, hoping for a quick mood boost.

Ultimately? You hide from yourself.
Instead of showing up for yourself with compassion and acceptance, you mentally run away when things get scary or difficult.

You numb out and create walls between your "positive," comfortable emotions and your "negative," uncomfortable feelings.

You disconnect from yourself and from others.

But I know you want more for your life, or you wouldn't be reading this sentence.

What if you could...
-
Be in the world to have new experiences, connect with others, and feel like you're part of the ebb and flow of things without the overwhelm and overload?
-
Feel seen, heard, and understood by the people you care about, but more importantly, by you?
-
Connect with your emotions, both "good" and "bad," and feel like you can actually handle your full range of feelings?
-
Build stronger, deeper relationships with others by bringing your full, authentic self to the table with a sense of safety, vulnerability, and trust?
-
Act in a way that feels totally aligned and in integrity with who you really want to be, regardless of what others are doing or how intense your emotions feel?
-
Grow as a human being and continue your journey of self-development by being completely present and connected with yourself?
Hi, I'm Steph
I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) just like you, and a certified coach. I help HSPs get out of overwhelm and create lives and businesses they love.
I know what it's like to hide out from the world when it feels too scary or too much, because I didn't yet know how to emotionally be there for myself.
Once I learned how to feel my own emotions as a "thinky" person (who was used to talking about my feelings without actually feeling them), my life changed for the better.
I learned how to connect to my inner sense of abundance, gratitude, and contentment, no matter what the situation is.
I learned how to have my own back when "negative" and uncomfortable emotions arise. And spoiler? They pass WAY more quickly when you acknowledge and allow them.
Now, I help people like you to learn how to do that too so you can feel connected and confident about your emotions, no matter which feelings happen to be present.

Ready to level up your emotional life and have your own back, no matter what?

Here's what this could look like for you:
-
Cleaner, more compassionate communication with your loved ones, yes, even when they're driving you crazy.
-
Taking charge of your life and seeing what choices, autonomy, and agency you have in every single moment.

-
Knowing exactly what to do and how to handle it when your loved ones aren't available to help you process, vent, or emotionally regulate.
-
Being there for yourself, having your own back, and being your own best friend, regardless of whether you're showing up "perfectly" or being a messy human.
-
Expanding your capacity to feel both "positive" and "negative" emotions so that you can be more fully present and connected to yourself.
-
Ending the cycle of guilt, shame, doubt, self-pity, and self-judgement so that you can more regularly experience gratitude, contentment, self-compassion, and acceptance.
-
Lowering stress so you can take some of the extra burden off of your already sensitive nervous system and body.
-
Connecting with your Inner Wisdom and your Powerful Self as the first (or next) step in your emotional self-development journey.
