  • Escape into TV, video games, online learning, books, and the doom scroll to try to calm your racing thoughts down and get back to normal.

  • Eat comfort food, drink that extra cocktail you don't really want, or mindlessly shop, hoping for a quick mood boost.


Ultimately? You hide from yourself.

Instead of showing up for yourself with compassion and acceptance, you mentally run away when things get scary or difficult.

You numb out and create walls between your "positive," comfortable emotions and your "negative," uncomfortable feelings.

You disconnect from yourself and from others.

Hi, I'm Steph

I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) just like you, and a certified coach. I help HSPs get out of overwhelm and create lives and businesses they love.

I know what it's like to hide out from the world when it feels too scary or too much, because I didn't yet know how to emotionally be there for myself.

Once I learned how to feel my own emotions as a "thinky" person (who was used to talking about my feelings without actually feeling them), my life changed for the better.


I learned how to connect to my inner sense of abundance, gratitude, and contentment, no matter what the situation is.


I learned how to have my own back when "negative" and uncomfortable emotions arise. And spoiler? They pass WAY more quickly when you acknowledge and allow them.

Calls start Wednesday, April 10, 2024, and our last live call for this round will be Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Weekly video lessons to help you unlearn unhelpful habits and create new, more helpful ones that build on each other each week.
