Hey, Highly Sensitive Person,
This past Saturday, in the cozy, basement workshop space of The Reiki Center, I had the pleasure to guide three amazing Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) through my "Thriving as a Highly Sensitive Person" workshop.
Surrounded by healing arts books, candles, and all kinds of positive vibes, we shared some powerful shifts using the tools and techniques I taught.
That kind of stuff lights me UP, to see people using and experiencing shifts in the moment with what I'm teaching them.
Turns out, I have a passion for teaching. Who knew?
But I was most surprised and delighted when they traded contact info after the workshop so they could stay in touch with each other.
Something I heard at the beginning of the workshop was "I often feel like I'm on the outside looking in."
I have 100% said that before, and it echoed the sentiments of MANY HSPs I know.
Something shifted in those few hours together, though.
By the end of the workshop, they knew that there are people in the world like them who want to connect on a deeper level and get below the surface.
Knowing that you belong?
That you're understood and seen and accepted for who you are?
That's what we're ALL looking for, especially HSPs who are often surrounded by people who just don't process and see the world like you do.
That's the power of connection and community.
So I created something practical AND powerful for you in this week's episode of The Highly Sensitive Club - 5 Ways to Spot an HSP.
Listen and / or watch to this week's episode on all the usual suspects:

Community and connection are crucial to our mental health and overall wellbeing, so I want you to know how to hone your HSP-radar while you're out in the wild.
There are so many of us walking around, picking up other people's emotions, being super thoughtful, and recovering for days after big energy outputs.
You're not alone, and HSPs are out there waiting to connect with you.
Listen or watch this week's episode to learn how to find your tribe in the "wild."
Big, warm vibes -
Steph
