Hey, Highly Sensitive Person -
It is excruciating to make the same mistake over and over again and feel like you can't break out of the cycle.
It's the disaster you can't look away from, even though you know it's coming.
You've been here more times than you'd like to admit (or think about).
You wait until the deadline to take care of something and think, "Okay, I just need to push through this time, and I'll plan better next time."
Next time rolls around, and you're up against the clock, again, beating yourself up for procrastinating when you said you wouldn't.
You tell yourself you're going to respond with, "No, thanks!" or "Let me check my schedule," before agreeing to yet another obligation, and as soon as someone says, "I could really use your help," you jump right in.
You make a plan to schedule out your week first thing on Monday morning, but as soon as the chaos of the week begins, your best-laid plans go right out the window as you're rushing through your morning, trying desperately to make a cup of tea (or coffee) to survive.
No one likes this frantic feeling, but we're so focused on fighting the next fire that we don't slow down long enough to figure out how to stop creating fires to fight in the first place.
Even though your schedule may be so packed, the idea of slowing down seems like a BIG ask...
...slowing down (briefly) in order to avoid repeating emergencies in future is ultimately going to save you so. much. time and energy.
Precious time and energy that you use more intensely as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
The step you're missing when it comes to getting unstuck and breaking out of repeated emergencies is to powerfully evaluate.
When you know what's working, you can do more of it.
When you know what's not working, you can figure out how to avoid it
next time.
Going on default only keeps you stuck where you are (like the worst-ever time loop).
I walk you through the process I use on myself and with clients to powerfully evaluate in this week's episode of the Highly Sensitive Club.

In the episode, you'll learn the:
reframe around slowing down to evaluate that pulls your brain towards slowing down in your favor, not avoiding or distracting to run away from negative feelings.
simple, three-step process to evaluate any situation in your life, whether that's a conversation, an event, a day, or an entire year.
high-value questions I ask myself and my clients to help break out of unhelpful patterns and get unstuck, fast
personal evaluation I did on my 2024 year to determine my theme for 2025 - AND how I've used that theme to make impactful decisions for my life and business that had previously been slowing me down for years.
When you slow down long enough to evaluate powerfully, you actually accelerate your progress towards the important things that really matter (not just urgent fires that eat up your attention and energy).
This is when you stop procrastinating and naturally take actions that move the needle.
You start building proof and evidence for yourself that you can trust your word, and you do follow through for yourself - just as much as you do for everyone else.
You plan, schedule, and take action in a way that feels easy, doable, and dare I say enjoyable.
Most of all, you start to create the life you thought was just a pipe dream as an everyday reality.
This deep process takes 10 minutes or less and can save you HOURS of wasted time and energy you'd rather use on what's most important.
Time with your loved ones.
Rest that feels guilt-free and relaxing.
A sense of purpose and direction.
Progress towards your dreams and visions.
FUN and joyful experiences.

You deserve to live your life intentionally and with ease, not emergency to emergency.
To slowing down to speed up -
Steph
P.S. It's not a lack of knowledge or action steps that's keeping you stuck, it's confusion around the internal blocks that are slowing you down just as you start to build up enough willpower and inspiration to make a move.
Book a consultation call with me, and I will help you figure out exactly which blocks your mind is putting in your way to keep you safe and comfortable - instead of clear, calm, and certain.
My goal is not to convince you to work with me.
My goal is to help you get crystal clear on your blocks and your personal solutions so you can make a powerful, well-informed choice for yourself.
Whatever decision you make, you're going to leave the conversation with more Clarity, Direction, and Belief than you started with.
It really is possible for you to make your dreams come true AND have an awesome life, every day.
You can wait to get started, or you can find that direction and your path forward today.
Book the call - spend one hour to gain several hours back from spinning in doubt and indecision.
The best time to plant a tree is 25 years ago. The next best time is now.
Let's figure this out together.
